If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our app, please follow these steps:
1. Send an Email Request: To delete your account, please email embassador@embecta.com to initiate the process. The email must be sent from the email address associated with your account unless this request is being submitted on behalf of someone else.[JF1] [RL2] [JF3]
2. Email Subject: Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
3. Email Body: Include the following information in your email:
- Your name.
- Your account email address. Please note, for embecta to identify your account and act on your request this must be the email address associated with your embassador™ Companion app account.
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and data. If you would like to continue to receive marketing and other communications from embecta, please indicate that in your email.
- Your country of residence.
Please note that embecta may reach out for additional information if necessary to process your request.
4. Data Deletion: Unless otherwise communicated to you[JF4] , we will delete:
- All profile data associated with your account;
- Any user input or content you have provided through our app; and
- You will be removed from embecta’s marketing database.
