embassador™ Companion App Account Data Deletion User Instructions
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our app, please follow these steps:
1. Send an Email Request: To delete your account, please email privacy-embecta@embecta.com to initiate the process. The email must be sent from the email address associated with your account unless this request is being submitted on behalf of someone else.
2. Email Subject: Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
3. Email Body: Include the following information in your email:
- Your Name
- Your account email address. Please note, for embecta to identify your account and act on your request this must be the email address associated with your embassador™ Companion app account.
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and data. If you would like to continue to receive marketing and other communications from embecta, please indicate that in your email.
- Your country of residence.
Please note that embecta may reach out for additional information if necessary to process your request.
4. Data Deletion: Unless otherwise communicated to you , we will delete
- All profile data associated with your account;
- Any user input or content you have provided through our app; and
- You will be removed from embecta’s marketing database.
