Product complaint reporting

To report a product complaint:

If you are registered for the BD portal, please log in here  with your email address and password to access the BD Customer Care Portal to submit a complaint.

If not registered, Customers, distributors and wholesalers in the U.S. and Canada who have an account with BD can register for access here.   

* Registration may take up to 24 hrs. If you need to report a complaint immediately, please contact us using the chat function or call 1-844-823-5433

Things to Consider

To better facilitate our investigation, please include the following information in your reporting:

  • Product Name and/or Catalog Number
  • Lot Number or Serial Number
  • Any injuries and/or Harm?
  • What is the issue you experienced?
  • Is the actual sample or sample representative available? (If possible, please send affected sample)
  • Contact name and phone number
