6mm- Shortest syringe needle from embecta

The Micro-Fine™ 6mm x 31G needle is the shortest insulin syringe needle length offered by embecta. Shorter needles are effective, well tolerated, less painful and may lower the risk of an accidental intramuscular injection, when compared to longer needles. Intramuscular injections can lead to unexplained hypoglycemia and greater injection pain.1

Single Use

Recommend the use of a new insulin syringe everytime your patients inject. Insulin syringe needles are recommended to be used only once and are no longer sterile afer that.1
